Seriously, SAVE $$ & Time…

After receiving, tried them in the next day, they were big and the pockets were not the same in the advertised photo. I looked around on their website for a return address, couldn’t find one.
Reached out to customer service who responded two days later with a generic response. No return address. Keep in mind, these come from China, days are ticking by, bavk and forth, 5 attempts pleading for them to just send a return address, now I have three days to get them back to China for full refund.
It’s Christmas you guys, still no return address.
I’m the sucker out $40!
Congratulations you got my money and I’m stuck with very ugly jeans. I hope to save anybody from this terrible fraudulent company.
I will be contacting the BBB as well. Please take your money elsewhere.

Disappointed

They showed up way too big and nothing like the picture. Weren’t worth the hassle to return and it took me a month to get the package to begin with so I just threw them away.

This item is sent directly from the manufacturer so we apologize you did not receive what was expected. We are able to do a return on this item within 7 days from the date delivered which was December 18th. A return is possible if completed on or before December 25th. Please email customerservice@littlehartequine.com to process a return. You must return item unworn with tags and the clear garment packaging that it came in.

A few things to note here as well. First, we searched emails and messages and unfortunately have not received any contact attempts from you regarding this issue, we are only aware due to this review. Please ensure correct spelling of our customer service email and reach out. We are happy to help in any way that we can. We much prefer to help our customers with any issues that arise, versus receiving negative reviews. Also, in the item description, we do label that this ships from outside of the US and to plan for additional transit time. We do this to ensure we clearly list anything that may need to be known when ordering from our small business. We find that providing as much information as possible up front typically provides our customers with the information they need to know for their order to prevent discontent or disappointment.

Jeans not as pictured

Received my jeans, they were a little big but also noticed the pockets were not the same as pictured Jean pockets. Pockets play a big bra and how your jeans look on your butt so I am really careful when selecting jeans.
I also didn’t realize the jeans are from China not US. I emailed customer service the day I received the jeans, needing a return label/ address. No reply as of yet.
